1. General Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and ph536 with respect to your use of the ph536 website, mobile site, games, promotions, and any other services offered through the ph536 platform. 4. Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion;

• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the bank's processing schedule;
• ph536 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your ph536 account and used to place a bet.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph536 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all ph536 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and are not transferable;

ph536's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph536's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Players who are dissatisfied with ph536's dispute resolution outcome may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaints process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph536 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
